This Policy applies to the SPLINE.PRO website, quote forms, feedback forms, website chat and other communication channels chosen by a visitor.

The operator processes personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and other applicable requirements of Russian law.

The operator receives data that a visitor provides directly when filling in forms, sending chat messages or contacting the operator by email, phone or Telegram.

Processing is based on the visitor's consent, the visitor's actions in submitting a request, the need to prepare or perform a contract and legal requirements applicable to the operator.

A visitor may choose not to provide optional data. Without contact details and a task description, the operator may be unable to prepare an estimate or respond to a request.

The operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer within the stated purposes, anonymize, block, delete and destroy personal data.
