Processing is based on the visitor's consent, the visitor's actions in submitting a request, the need to prepare or perform a contract and legal requirements applicable to the operator.

A visitor may choose not to provide optional data. Without contact details and a task description, the operator may be unable to prepare an estimate or respond to a request.

5. Processing actions

The operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer within the stated purposes, anonymize, block, delete and destroy personal data.

Data may be accessed by employees, contractors and services that help process requests, support the website, deliver messages, store files, operate CRM, accounting and contractual workflows. Access is limited to what is necessary for the relevant task.

If a visitor chooses a third-party communication channel, for example Telegram, data processing in that service is also governed by that service's own rules.

7. Cookies and technical data

The website may use technical cookies required for interface operation, protection from abuse and saving language or user settings.

Analytics tools may also be used to understand which sections are useful to visitors. A visitor can restrict cookies in browser settings, but some website functions may stop working correctly.

8. Retention

Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, contract performance, mandatory legal requirements or protection of the operator's rights.

Requests and related correspondence may be retained for business necessity, usually up to three years after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law, contract or project specifics.

9. Visitor rights

A visitor may request information about processing, ask to update, block or delete data, withdraw consent and object to processing where permitted by law.

Requests may be sent to order@spline.pro. To help identify the data, include the contact previously used for the request and a short description of the matter.

The operator may update this Policy when the website, processing operations, services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
