Personal Data Processing Terms
These terms apply when a visitor submits a request, message, file or other contact through SPLINE.PRO and confirms consent to personal data processing.

1. Visitor consent
By submitting a website form, attaching files, using chat or choosing another communication channel, the visitor confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and these personal data processing terms.
Submitting a form with the consent checkbox selected means that the visitor consents to processing by the operator for the purposes listed below.
2. Personal data operator

The operator receives requests for engineering services, including laser scanning, measurements, BIM, 3D modeling, photogrammetry, point cloud processing and project documentation.
3. Data subjects and categories
Data subjects are website visitors, customer representatives, potential clients, contractors and other people who submit data through the website or public channels of the operator.

- business details: company, position, role in the project and details provided by the visitor;
- request data: facility address or description, technical brief, comments, attached documents, photos, drawings and other materials;

4. Special and biometric data
The operator does not request special categories of personal data, biometric personal data, health information, political opinions, religious beliefs or private-life details.
If such information is accidentally provided in a message or attachment, the operator may delete it or ask for a replacement file without excessive data.
5. Purposes of processing
- replying to a request and consulting on a task;
- preparing an estimate, commercial offer, contract and invoice;
- reviewing source data, attachments, facility information and technical requirements;
- organizing communication, field visits, file exchange and project delivery;
- maintaining request history, CRM, accounting and contract records;
- protecting the website from spam, abuse and technical errors;
- complying with Russian legal requirements.
6. Processing actions
The operator may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer, anonymize, block, delete and destroy personal data.
Processing may be performed with or without automation tools.
7. Processors and services
To process requests, the operator may use hosting, email services, CRM, messengers, notification tools, file storage, accounting and contract tools.
Data is transferred to such services only to the extent necessary for the processing purposes. The operator takes reasonable measures so that such services maintain confidentiality and data protection.
8. Consent term
Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, contractual relations end, mandatory retention periods expire or the visitor withdraws consent.
Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal was received and does not cancel storage that the operator must continue under law or contract.
9. Withdrawal of consent
A visitor may withdraw consent by sending a request to order@spline.pro. The request should include the visitor's name, contact details and the channel through which the original request was sent.
After receiving a withdrawal, the operator stops processing data for purposes based on consent unless another lawful basis for continued processing exists.
10. Materials and third-party data
If the visitor sends drawings, photos, documents or contact details of colleagues, contractors or customers, the visitor confirms that they have the right to provide those materials to the operator for request or project processing.
Visitors should avoid including excessive personal data, restricted information or materials unrelated to the task in attachments.
11. Refusal to provide data
A visitor is not required to provide personal data through the website. However, without a name, contact details and task description, the operator may be unable to respond, prepare an estimate or clarify project details.
